Rectory Road - Boutique Property Development

Our brief was to create a boutique high end design led property that would appeal to young professionals. The property was completely refurbished and rooms re-configured to 6 with a communal/galley kitchen, 4 ensuites and a shared bathroom on the ground floor.

Designer feature wallpaper was used in some rooms and a very contemporary urban theme featured throughout, with metal desks, bedside tables and Edison style bedside lights. Little touches like hanging pendant lights added drama and that high end feel to the property along with textured tiles and high end wood/metal lights.
