We lovingly restored this mid terraced 1930’s property to a high end rental. The brief was to create a contemporary style but with a homely feel. The property was slightly reconfigured to create light and space. The kitchen was merged with dining room and the floor material differentiated to create a feeling of spaciousness.

A stripe feature wall appears in most bedrooms in earthy Farrow and Ball colours and mixed with very on trend walnut veneered furniture, neutral divan beds for storage and pops of colour in the artwork and textiles, and patterned vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. Designer wallpaper is featured in the communal area along with walnut veneered furniture. A space saving bespoke storage unit was built for the small bedroom.
