We are Nested Living, a design studio and workshop based in Oxfordshire. We create bespoke kitchens, furniture, joinery and interiors for homeowners, architects and organisations across the South of England, and London. We work with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and commercial clients from rural farmhouses in the Cotswolds to offices and hospitality spaces in London.
Our approach is different. Every project is guided by regenerative thinking, working with natural and reclaimed materials, designing for longevity, and creating spaces that genuinely support the people who live and work in them. From a single piece of furniture to a full interior commission, everything is designed and made in-house, with care.

Design for life — not for replacement.
Most kitchens and interiors are designed to be replaced within ten years. We design them not to be. Our regenerative approach means considering every material for where it came from, how long it will last, and what happens to it afterwards.
We use locally sourced and reclaimed timber, low-VOC finishes, and construction methods that allow pieces to be repaired and adapted rather than discarded. Because we work across consultancy, design and making, we stay closely connected to every project from beginning to end and beyond it.

For architects, developers and organisations: early-stage guidance on regenerative principles, material choices and design strategy. We help clarify intent before the big decisions are made.
