Regenerative Case Study
The necessity to realign our human societies with the natural ecosystems that sustain us, is growing ever more urgent in the face of the interrelated crises of climate disruption and biodiversity loss. A complete believer in the concept of regeneration for the last few years, Helen our co-founder has been diving deeper into the area through various courses over the past year to understand further about living systems thinking and how we can co-create new potential for our communities and our planet to flourish in harmony.
It has been a truly transformational journey as she has realised that it requires us to work not only on external development but also internally on ourselves to enable new levels of capacity, consciousness, cultural identity and will.
She can now really see that the connection between ecosystems and human systems is truly unique in each individual place on Earth and how important it is to explore and manifest this for future thriveability.
Putting these learnings into practice a group of 3 undertook a project about a farm in Sussex and carried out a workshop with local stakeholders and Anita (the Farm owner) to explore further what “place” means to them, and how they can collaborate to transform and enable their “place” to flourish.
It was so inspiring to feel the energy shift as they delved deeper into the subject, using various regenerative frameworks and questions to draw out deeper meaning and understandings and investigate what could be possible.
Helen looks forward to continuing to help shift this community and place regeneratively. Thankyou to Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice for all the learnings that enabled us to go on this journey.
