Bespoke Joinery & Furniture Makers, Oxfordshire
Our joinery workshop is where interior design, regenerative thinking, and making come together.
This is a space for co-creation, where ideas take shape through discovery, collaboration, and craft.
Building on the discoveries we make together, we design and make bespoke interiors, kitchens, furniture, joinery, and one-of-a-kind pieces,
crafted with care for people, place, and the living systems we are part of.
This page focuses on how design and making come together in our workshop. For dedicated bespoke kitchen design or bespoke interior design services, you can explore those pages separately.
A Multidisciplinary Approach to Interior Design and Making
Our work is rooted in a multidisciplinary approach, bringing together regenerative consultancy, interior design, and bespoke making within one studio and workshop. This allows ideas to be explored, tested, and realised with coherence from early design thinking through to crafted outcomes.
By combining design, craftsmanship, and regenerative principles, we bring projects to life in ways that support wellbeing, honour natural resources, and create interiors and objects with lasting value.

What We Design and Make
Our multidisciplinary studio brings together interior design, bespoke joinery, and furniture making, allowing ideas to move seamlessly from early design thinking through to crafted outcomes.
Interior Design, Bespoke Joinery, and Furniture
Interior Design: We design interiors for homes, workplaces, and hospitality spaces, considering how spaces feel, flow, and support everyday life. Early design thinking happens here from layouts and spatial planning to material palettes, lighting, storage, and atmosphere.
Bespoke Kitchens: Kitchens designed as long-term interiors rather than short-lived products. Each kitchen is developed through careful layout planning, joinery detailing, and material selection to support everyday life, adaptability, and longevity.
Built-In Joinery & Interior Elements: Custom wardrobes, cabinetry, shelving, and integrated joinery designed as part of the wider interior, responding to how the space is used now and how it may evolve over time.
Freestanding Furniture & One-Off Pieces: Tables, benches, seating, and unique commissions designed either as part of a complete interior or as standalone pieces. This includes experimental and waste-led work developed through the workshop.
Commercial & Collaborative Interior Projects: Interior design, joinery, and furniture for workplaces, hospitality, cultural, and community spaces, often developed in collaboration with architects, designers, and organisations.
Sustainable by Design, Made with Regenerative Principles
Behind every piece we make is a regenerative process that ensures sustainability is built in, not added on. We support the principles of the circular economy and bring them fully in-house through our Oxfordshire workshop, allowing us to design, make, and create regenerative solutions that close the loop.
We design with the full life of each piece in mind from raw materials and production, through daily use, and ultimately reuse or recycling. By sourcing responsibly, designing circularly, and making locally, we reduce waste, minimise carbon, and create lasting value.
Our approach means:
-
Materials are ethical, renewable, and traceable
-
Designs follow circular principles to eliminate waste
-
Craftsmanship ensures durability and adaptability
-
Finishes are low- or no-toxin for healthier homes
Designing Through Making
From Discovery to Creation
From discovery to creation, this is where ideas become tangible. What begins as a vision shaped by your needs, your environment, and early interior design thinking evolves into bespoke furniture, joinery, kitchens, and one-off pieces handcrafted with care in our Oxfordshire workshop.
Craftsmanship Rooted in Care
Every commission is crafted with longevity in mind. Through careful detailing, material honesty, and considered construction, our work is designed to be lived with, adapted, and cared for over time, enriching daily life and supporting wellbeing through use.
Our Guiding Principles
Every piece we create is shaped by principles that ensure it adds value for people, place, and planet:
-
Renewable
Natural, replenishable materials with low VOCs and reduced reliance on fossil fuels. -
Provenance
Working toward full traceability so you can understand what materials are used, where they come from, and how they can be reused. -
Re-usable
Glueless, modular construction allows furniture and joinery to be updated, repaired, or re-integrated into new contexts. -
Waste-conscious
Precise cutting lists, CNC technology, and creative reuse minimise waste, from offcuts transformed into trays or handles, to experimental waste-led products.
Working With Us
We can support the whole process from early concept and interior design through to making and installation, or work from designs already developed. Many of our collaborations are with architects, interior designers, and developers who value our craftsmanship and regenerative approach.
Whichever way you choose to work with us, our focus remains the same: creating pieces that are sustainable by design, beautifully crafted, and built to last.
Making happens in our own workshop, keeping the process transparent, resilient, and closely connected.
Sustainability is the outcome; regeneration is the process that guides us at every stage.
This is a place for ideas to be explored, tested, and crafted where interior design and making inform one another in service of people, place, and life.
