At Nested Living, we design and create bespoke, sustainable kitchens designed for life,  where craftsmanship, well-being and environmental responsibility come together.

Hand-built in our Oxfordshire workshop using solid timber, each bespoke kitchen is made using low-toxin, responsibly sourced materials and circular design principles. Our kitchens are carefully considered to support healthier living, reduce environmental impact, and remain adaptable and enduring for years to come without compromising on quality, comfort, or beauty.

Lets Talk Kitchens

Luxury Bespoke Kitchens, Designed and Made in Oxfordshire

Our bespoke kitchens are not off-the-shelf solutions. Each one is individually designed, made, and installed by our in-house team, allowing us to carefully consider proportion, materiality, flow, and longevity.

By combining bespoke kitchen design with local making, we create kitchens that feel grounded, calm, and deeply connected to the homes they belong to.

Every aspect of the design was carefully considered. From lighting placement, colour, fabrics and textures. No detail left to chance, sustainability always front of mind an understanding that the space needed to be a functional family environment.

Why Choose a Bespoke Sustainable Kitchen?

Bespoke Design for Everyday Living

A bespoke kitchen is shaped around how you live not the other way around. We design layouts, storage, and detailing to support daily rituals, family life, and long-term adaptability.

Sustainable & Regenerative by Design

Our bespoke kitchens are designed using regenerative principles prioritising responsible material sourcing, circular construction, and long-term value over short-term trends.

Craftsmanship & Material Integrity

Each kitchen is hand-built using solid timber, natural finishes, and durable construction methods, resulting in a bespoke kitchen that can be repaired, refined, and re-loved over time.

We design and make bespoke kitchens for private homes, period properties, new builds, and architect-led projects as well as for interior designers, developers, and carefully considered commercial kitchen settings.

Our integrated design-and-make approach allows us to work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers, and commercial clients seeking bespoke kitchen solutions rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking.

How We Work

Our bespoke kitchens are shaped through a collaborative, design-and-make process that brings together insight, craft, and long-term care. We work in three connected stages:

Discover, Co-Create, and Nurture.

Discover

Start the conversation
Share your ideas and needs using the form below, and we’ll arrange an initial discovery call to understand your project, your home or space, and how you live or work within it.

Consultation
We’ll explore your vision in more depth, either at our Oxfordshire workshop or on site. This may include reviewing architect’s plans, existing layouts, or simply discussing aspirations using photos and dimensions.

Co-Create

Design development
Our designers create bespoke kitchen layouts and 3D proposals, refining proportions, materials, and details through dialogue and feedback. This stage ensures the kitchen is carefully tailored to both function and feeling.

Site survey & coordination
Before making begins, we carry out a full site survey and coordinate closely with contractors and installation teams. We supply detailed mechanical and electrical plans and visit site ahead of installation to ensure everything is aligned and delivered to programme.

Nurture

Making & installation
Each bespoke kitchen is handmade in our Oxfordshire workshop using carefully selected materials. Typical lead times are 10–15 weeks from manufacture to installation.

Aftercare
We provide ongoing guidance and support so your kitchen continues to thrive in everyday use designed to be cared for, adapted, and enjoyed over time.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Bespoke Kitchens

Where do you design and manufacture your kitchens?

We design and manufacture all our bespoke kitchens in our Oxfordshire workshop, a few miles south of Oxford. We’re always happy to welcome clients to visit the workshop as part of the design process — by prior appointment.

Do you have a trade offering?

Yes. We work closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and other industry professionals. If you’re interested in working with us on a trade basis, please use the form below to tell us more about your practice or project.

What’s the guide price for a bespoke kitchen from Nested Living?

Our bespoke kitchens typically start from £25,000 for cabinetry, with final costs depending on size, materials, detailing, and scope.

This helps manage expectations and attracts the right enquiries.

My current kitchen is fine, it’s just a little tired. Can you help?

Yes. If a full new kitchen isn’t needed, we can explore renewing and repurposing elements such as doors, drawer fronts, and decor panels including repainting cabinetry using our low-toxin finishes.

This reflects your care and longevity ethos beautifully.

Where can I find examples of your previous kitchens?

You can explore recent kitchen projects such as Redstones and Thatch End, which show our approach to bespoke kitchen design, making, and material detail.

Our Red Stones kitchen has been shortlisted for two industry awards, recognising excellence in sustainable design and craftsmanship.
